The health professionals in the Practice observe the code of Confidentiality by their regulatory bodies e.g. GMC for doctors and NMC for nurses and midwives. In addition the Practice observes the Data Protection Act (1998), the Access to Health Records Act (1990)

The Access to Medical Reports Act 1988, the Adult with Incapacity Act (Scotland) (2000) and the Freedom of Information Act (Scotland) (2002)

Suggestions or comments are very welcome and should be put in writing and left at the reception (suggestions box at desk).

We always try to provide the best service possible. However there may be times when you are not satisfied.
If you wish to make a complaint, please contact our Practice Manager by telephone or in writing.

Leaflets regarding the complaints procedure are available from reception.
Your complaint will be dealt with in an objective manner and we will attempt to answer it swiftly and fairly.
